Ya! Your card will likely be late, what of it?! I'm Kidding (just not on the late part)
This is actually a Stampin Up Rub on and I just cut it out to make the shape of the card. I also cut all the pieces of the rub on apart and added them all separately so that I could put the text on white and cut it out. After I was done cutting I popped it up with dimensionals.
