These cards did not turn out anything like I intended them too. But before they hit the trash I quickly added a few more birthday theme stamping to them and decided they would be great kids birthday cards. With a few kid bdays coming in June, these will be perfect!
I really like the top one, bottom...mmmm not so much!
These turned out great! I think any kid would love the bright cheery colors and clean layout!
ReplyDeleteI think they are both good, especially the bottom one. That's great you could salvage them from your original idea and turn them into something fun.
ReplyDeleteYep I agree with Steph...the bottom one is great!! Since you don't likey can I make one suggestion? Remove the ribbon and apply a really fun strip of paper right under the bottom circle, maybe with a scalloped edge.
ReplyDeleteBTW...Where have you been? I haven't heard from you on email in forever!
Hey Jewels - that's a brave thing to do - poist your rejects - LOL I don't know why you call them rejects - super cute kids idea - I love Char's idea about the paper with a scalloped edge. Meanwhile, I'm sending all my loonie friends a blog award. Thanks for welcoming me into your circle :-) Check it out here:
