Oh So Cute Card Set

The very minute I saw this set, Cute Critters from Clear Dollar Stamps, I knew I HAD to have it. The set is complete with 4 clearly adorable animals and matching "Punny" Sayings to help you create perfect cards.

This first card is made on bashful blue, white and kraft. I embossed the white layer with Cuttlebug's Swiss Dots embossing folder (really who can live without that folder?)

I stamped my main image with black StazOn, and then colored him in with watercolor pencils.

"Needle Lift" is absolutely the most perfect sentiment for this little guy and works very well with the "Friends Stick Together" sentiment on the inside.

Ever since I was little I have liked skunks. I certainly wouldn't want to be up close and personal with one, I do however think they are cute and I like the small of them. Yes you read that right, I like the smell. Everyone thinks I am strange but hey what they heck. i guess it reminds me of camping in our backyard as kids, there was always skunks around and the smell was always there.

The flower that this cute little "Stinker" is carrying is simply perfect. I mean it is almost as if the flower is drooping over the smell...lol

This guy is super simple to color and looks great when done. I added the black with water color pencils and then added a hint of grey to outline the white areas.

"When Life stinks, You can count on me"

Wow! I can not even begin to tell you all the styles and themes of cards and other exciting paper craft items I would LOVE to use this ducky for.

This is actually about the 10th card I have made with her. The ducky is SO easy to color in and combined with great sayings you knock out a home run every time. In fact Here is another photo of a set of baby shower invites I made with it.

Hopefully Blogger cooperates and you will be able to click on the picture to see it bigger.

Hey Slowpoke! I completed the inside of this card with a get well soon message. Nothing worse then getting a cold that slows you down.

Again I have to say that I LOVE how quick and easy you can stamp, color and create with these images. Its almost like the simplicity of the great images takes all the thinking out of the process for me.

Well that is all I have for you right now, but I will be back hopefully tomorrow with an off topic post and perhaps so card pics for you, or something along those lines.

Wedding Cards Galore

I have a few cards to share with you today. I actually did these a few days ago. I stamped one day and made 13 different cards so I am sure slowly but surely I will share them with you.

The first and second card are so elegant and not really a bunch of work. I do plan to make this card in several colors and add it to my web store. Can you imagine this card in ALL the PTI colors???

Anyway, the first one is made with Spring Moss paper embossed with Swiss dots. Next I stamped the filigree oval from the Sweet Love stamp set from PTI and punched it out with my new giga scalloped oval punch from Marvy.

Next I added the ribbon and the bow and attached the oval with dimensionals. Last I added the little flat back pearls.

So here is the same card done up with the Lavender Moon Collection. Paper, Ink and Swiss dot ribbon. I love this color for sure!

Starting on a white stamper's select base I added a matte of Swiss dots paper from the Stampin Up! Prints papers (I believe this color is the Rose Red)

Next I added a strip of black card stock punched with a new Martha Scallop punch. If you can get your hands on it I highly recommend it.

The main image is from a stamp set from Clear Dollar Stamps and I just loved how it turned out with a tiny bit of water coloring. Plus I finally went and picked up the tiny tags dies from cuttlebug at Michael's. Perfect for little sentiments.

This last one uses the same image and just decorated a little different on the card. This is on the new Papertrey Kraft....which is as PERFECT as Heather Nichols Says it is.

Prima Flowers, Making Memories pewter hearts and the ribbon is a combo pack from K& Company.

I have to get to bed I am so tired I can hardly finish typing...lol Have a great day everyone!

Bitty Baby Blessings

Here are a couple of cards I made with my new PTI Bitty Baby Blessings Stuff! Let me tell ya...I Love this set!

This card (with a not so great photo...lol) is made on a stampers select base followed by Lavender Moon paper embossed with Cuttlebug Swiss dots.

Then I cut the frame from stampers select using my regular and scalloped nesties. Love the nestabilities, they really are the best...I still need to get the rectangle and circles.....

So I stamped the sentiment onto the polka dot paper from the Bitty Baby Blessings Patterned Paper, put the frame onto with dimensionals. I also added a little pink rhinestone into each corner.

Last, I made a paper ribbon and bow from the same pattern paper and added the rhinestone to the center of it.
This card is so cute and so simple. I started by stamping the diaper shirt onto pattern paper and cut it out. Then I stamped the border from the B&C Squares set and trimmed it out. I then stamped the sentiment in the center.

Again, I added the stripe of the patterned paper at the bottom of the embossed spring moss paper.

Well I do have an off topic post to write about my weekend, we had some great multi Family Fun! I am supposed to finally be getting my car today (and if I don't...well lets just say the salesman is not going to have a very good Monday)

Have a great day everyone!!
