Smooching Cupcakes!

I kinda like this card but seriously need to use my Copics more! I must be hooked on bling since last Friday because all my cards are blingy. This card has a strip of rhinestones along the bottom of the pattern paper. By the way, is the new pattern paper from PTI not the best black patterns you have ever seen? I love them!
